A. The most common problem with entering the system is human errors with either your username or password, Please ensure you are entering both username and password correctly. Otherwise contact HomeShareOnline and we shall will forward your password to you via email.

How will I be informed of suitable vacancies/roommate offers?
A. Once registered; details that meet your requirements will automatically be forwarded to you via email.

How do I change my content information?
A. Log on to your user name and password protected site and then you can change details by editing.

How do I replace or remove a photo/advert from a listing?
A. Simply delete with the button provided.

What procedure do I follow, if I want to post several adverts?
A. Each advert/posting has to be done individually.

How can I obtain pictures for the listings, if the landlord/flatmate as not listed one?
A. If the landlord/flatmate has not posted any pictures, then you will have to contact the individuals by your own means.

Will I recieve notification after placing an advert on HomeShareOnline?
A. Each individual will be sent an email thank you reply, has confirmation that the new listing as been successfully posted.

Why can't I find any results in my preferred location?
A. HomeShareOnline is a new service and it may take a few weeks for people to list rooms in all regions. Please re-visit our website regularly. | ||
